Meet Erica

Erica Kuenzel is a Cape Cod native and trusted real estate advisor known for combining market expertise with thoughtful presentation and a refined understanding of coastal living. Since launching her real estate career in 2016, Erica has been dedicated to perfecting her craft—guiding buyers and sellers through the Cape Cod market with creativity, insight, and local expertise.

 

A licensed Real Estate Agent, ABR®, SRS®, and Luxury Estate Advisor, Erica approaches every property with the understanding that successful real estate requires both informed guidance and creative vision. Thoughtful staging, compelling marketing, and elevated presentation play a critical role in positioning a home at its highest potential. Her ability to pair market knowledge with an eye for design allows her to curate spaces that resonate with today’s buyers while maximizing value for her clients.

 

Before transitioning into real estate, Erica spent more than two decades in business management, specializing in small local businesses across the Cape Cod community. This experience shaped her strengths in negotiation, organization, and client advocacy—skills that continue to guide her work and contribute to the success she has helped create for countless families.

 

Erica lives in Marstons Mills with her husband, a local firefighter-paramedic, their two children, and their Boston Terrier, Pearl. She is a founding board member and co-director of the girlygirl P.A.R.T.S. 5K Run/Walk for Ovarian Cancer, benefitting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and also serves as a co-fundraising board member for the Barnstable Schools PTO.
